No One is Immune

The Estate of John Y. Brown, Jr., former Governor of Kentucky, is in foreclosure and set to be sold next month.  Showing that no one and certainly no property is immune from foreclosure.  To be fair, Gov. Brown is not the current owner of Cave Hill, a stately farm nestled in the rolling horse country right outside of Lexington, Kentucky.  The current owners are Bruce and Mattie Fein.  They never took possession of the estate, which includes a 7,500 square foot mansion, pool, tennis courts, guesthouse, putting green, and horse barn.  The Feins have defaulted on their mortgage, showing that it is not only owners with mortgages under $250,000.00 losing their homes.  No property is immune at this point.
